I am new to this forum,
I am working for a service industry. I have to team who creates analysis reports for a manufacturing comany. We work on different types of reports and iam in a process of designing performance metric sheet for my process. As each report as different criticality , If i go with RTY calculation one defect may bring down my overall quality. Can i go with customer rating for each report, if so how would i claculate my overall efficiency and DMPO.
I am in my initial stages of preparing performance metrics. Please help me.0
