    Hi,
This is with reference to one of the Practical problems we face in our organization. Ours is a BPO & it involves considerable manual work. Due to huge manual errors committed, we are unable to meet our SLA. We tried find out correlation of Errors with several factors & could not get hold of a single reason which can solve this problem.
I suppose this is only because of poor concentration. Probably, a mind revolution may be the solution, whcih is practically not possible in the current environment.
Could you guys, suggest me a solution to this problem?

    Hi Ram,
a basic idea : draw a process map and identify the errors generated in each step of the process ( a value stream map actually), do a Pareto and the work with the people who dosteps that generate the most defects to gather some ideas on how to avoid them.
Once you identify concrete process steps to work on, things will become much easier IMHO.
    Regards
    Sandor
