Process best practices for a shopping mall

Does anybody have any resources or links for best practices for systems in accounts payable, facility management, leasing of space, purchasing processes or HR management for shopping malls? I think even for retail or other corporate industries also would do, since many things can be replicated across industries.
Would appreciate if anybody could help since if it is available, my team wouldnt have to spend too much time re-inventing the wheel. Thanks.
