    All,
        About six sigma , I act it as a process improvement:
        As is process—process value/robust … analysis—process improvement—to be process.
          Then, how should we analysis process value/robust…? What is value/robust meaning for a process?

    I think the process mapping is not the most difficut tool. You also can be the expert this side.
    Use the macromap to determine the scope to be studied. Then use PFD to make you see the process clearly. The last use detailed map to know the current control methodes, specs, potential causes. The totoal process is how to identify and reduce scope and variables.
    I think there are also many expert here. They also like give you some advices. Last hope you get success on this project in a few months!
