AnonymousParticipant@AnonymousInclude @Anonymous in your post and this person will
be notified via email.I would like to get an idea of what companies are requiring from their BB’s regarding project reports.
How in depth and detailed does the project need to be?
Do the requirements of the project report from full time BB’s differ from the part timers (ones with other full time jobs).
Or, is a project required at all? Also,
How many projects are required in order to receive BB “Certification” from the company once the given project is approved and the financials verified? Thanks in advance.

Chris WalkerParticipant@Chris-WalkerInclude @Chris-Walker in your post and this person will
be notified via email.I hope this helps. Email me for additional information – I am the Six Sigma MIS & Communications Lead.
At American Express (Global Technologies), we require Black Belts to track general project information (project name, description, type, etc.), project ownership information (BB/MBB/GB names, leadership names, finance rep name(s), etc.), financial information (year 1-3 cost reduction, expenses, costs, total benefit, etc. by benefiting business unit; COPQ, pre & post-implementation $; other savings/benefits, etc.), and general Six Sigma information (BB training date & “certification project?” indicator, Six Sigma phase, initial & realized DPMO & Sigma levels, which analysis tools were used in the project, etc.).
We have multiple project types (Demand Management, Rate Reduction, Business Saves, and “Other” for assessment/ identification/ scoping work, end-to-end process mapping & analysis, Six Sigma Design, etc.) that we track our saves to as well to additionally understand what types of savings we are realizing.0July 25, 2001 at 4:00 am #67685
Ronald PegramMember@Ronald-PegramInclude @Ronald-Pegram in your post and this person will
be notified via email.Hi Chris,Do you use a generic template for your project reports? It is always helpful to see what works for others when trying to assemble my own thoughts into a coherenet fashion. If you have a boiler-plate form you use, I’d like to see it.ThanksRon PegramEmail: [email protected]
