Do an internet search for Taguchi on one of the internet search engines (e.g. http://www.Yahoo.com), or better yet visit the library. Here are two books to get you started:
1. A primer on the Taguchi Method by Ranjit Roy
2. Taguchi Techniques for Quality EngineeringI hope this helps you.

The best ones are probably marketing surveys where the surveyors use an “L12” design matrix to analyze the responses of the survey group. For example, a marketing researcher might interview a group of potential customers and have them rate various features on new automobiles on a scale of 1 to 10. the data will be placed into an L12 matrix for statistical analysis, such that the manufacturer would disover what features the consumer is most interested in. You might try an internet search on this phrase:
Taguchi Survey L12. Good Luck.Jim
