I believe there is a gap on this site with regard to providing specific guidance to top management. Of course there arent many people in that category nor would they be in much of a position to share many of their experiences with us. However, in the ideal world, there should be much more specific guidance written for Champions and CEO’s in something like an industry channel (TOP Mgmnt. Channel?) on this site. These people are key to making Six Sigma work and yet I find it hard to put myself in their position and find this site of much value to them (with exception to basic training). I envision articles and other information specifically written towards Top Management on things such as selecting specific financial metrics, aligning projects with corporate goals, standardizing metrics between projects, selecting consultants, benchmarking their programs, etc.
What do you think?
What other things would this ideal channel include?
