just for clarification purposes: What process are we talking about?
Are you looking for a pre-introduction QA process that is intended to verify the operability of a target business process currently in design?
Or are you looking for a post-introduction QC process that is intended to verify the effectiveness of a target business process currently in operation?

Thank you for your immediate response on the matter. It would be a pre-introduction QA process. The campaign is a back office/non-voice process that caters to a data entry operations.
