Just wondering if anyone has ever used Quality Council of Indianas material to prepare for ASQ examinations. ASQ does not endorse any of QCI’s material. Any other good training materials for a SSBB ASQ exam?
I used the QCI material to prep for the ASQ exam and found it was right on target….
The QCI software disks and CSSBB primer were very helpful. In addition, I highly suggest doing projects (GB or BB) to cement the learnings.
ASQ does not ‘endorse’ anyone’s materials for any certification review/prep; not even the materials ASQ offers.
Indiana Quality Council has good stuff. I have used their materials teaching review courses. And other providers have good stuff too; maybe other people can give you objective feedback on them.
I suggest you take one of the ‘practice exams’ from Indiana QC (or the others) as a “diagnostic” to see where you need to strengthen yourself, then focus on those areas, but do the overall preparation. Then, when you take the exam, use that as a learning experience, jot down all the things you can remember having concerns about immediately after you take the exam. If it turns out that you don’t pass on the first try, you have a good list of what to work on if you must prepare for retaking the exam. (Retake fees are cheap.)
I have Oct 22nd Exam of ASQ black belt. if anyone of can guide me about the QCI question CD I will be highly obliged, kindly reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org and pass your valuable feedback
The QCI material was great! I used it and passed the ASQ exam the first time. Best wishes
