In General, Quality is a measure of Excellence of which means free of Defects, defeciencies, or significant variation. You cannot have one without the other.
In Manufacturing Quality is the strict and consistent adherence to measurable and verfiable standards to acheive uniformity of output that satisfies the customer or user.
