    if they say, +/-60 micron @ 6 sigma what it does mean?

    60 micron= 60 DPMO (may be), so it is  not equal to SS Score (3.4 dpmo)

    If you make million components(each component having one opportunity), only 3.4 components will be out of the tolerance window i.e., dimension greater than or less than 60microns from the target.
