six sigma quality initiatives in Telecom companies say for mobile service provider can be like reduction in activation time,increase the cutomer satisfaction,reduce call drop rate by 50%,increase in coverage area.If u can tell me in which kind of telecomunication company u r working i can explain more.

hi,
Corrently i am working with one of telecom sector. I want to just know how to apply six sigma to reduce activation time of the customer,reduction of tech & billing complain.
If you have any presentation on any sigma project of telecom you are requested to forward the same to me.
