    Good afternoon all,

I am just studying for my green belt and one of the questions is really baffling me, I have looked everywhere for the answer and tried to work it out. Can some one help me?!?!

    Q.
Approximately what percentage of variance would you expect to occur in the JQT Zone A?

Really would appreciate some help guys

    Thanks

Based on a quick Google search it looks like Zone A corresponds to the 2 standard deviation limits on either side of the mean – what percentage of a population could one expect to be encompassed by +- 2 standard deviations around the mean?
