    Hi,
I need some pointers on how to reduce the current wait time of candidates coming in for interview at our company. They usually have to wait for 9 hours to complete the 4 rounds of interview.
The aim is to reduce it to 5 hours and thus increase the “Candidate CE”. Also, would appreciate if you could also let me know how to calculate “Candidate CE”? This seems tricky as (according to me) waiting for 5 hours is also too much.
    Pls help…

    MM,
I would think more generally, `What is the purpose or aim of your effort?` From my perspective, I think this would result in the wait time for the new hire being considered one predictor (x) of satisfaction levels (Y), which would then be captured via some form of customer satisfaction survey during the exit interview and  regressed.
Working through VOC, project charter, data collection plan, and CTQ drilldown will often help you clarify these types of issues.  In this case, your VOC is not known, the problem hasnt been specified, and how the problem relates back to a KRA (aka corporate goal or objective) hasnt been spelled out.  The above tools will help you do this.  My 2 cents.
    Good luck.

Good luck and validate my opinion.  There are often better ones out there.
