    Can one infer anything about a distribution by simply looking that the COV?ย  For example, if you have a high COV (ie > 50%) does that insinuate non-normality, etc?

    Standard deviation and mean are independent in a normal
    assumption, therefore COV can be anything.COV is important for things like Poisson (COV=1) and exponential
    (COV = 1).
