    Hi,

    I am working on a project to reduce changeover time on a packaging line & I have all the data for the current C/O time & variability, so the As-Is situation is well known.

    This topic is not new to me, however I want to be able to demonstrate the additional volume of packs that can be produced with a defined % reduction in the changeover time.

    I have the planned orders for the next 3 months and from this I can extrapolate the time saved for every % point reduction in C/O time.

    However the additional time that now becomes available for packaging product will include additional changeovers & I want to create a graph showing the relationship between reduced C/O time and increased volume of product.

    I have seen this type of relationship graphed in the past, but unfrotunately do not remember how to recreate. Can anyone help with this please?
