be notified via email.I’m looking for a virtual activity to include in an upcoming Green Belt training to replace the typical statapult exercises. It needs to follow along with the DMAIC methodology and be incorporated throughout the modules. What are my options?

be notified via email.If cost is your issue (the ones we use are excessively pricey) you can find much cheaper toy/model catapults that will work, provided that they have two or three adjustments (input variables) and they have reasonably consistent results for each setting. I can’t recommend one since I haven’t tried them. By the way, during my initial training back in the nineties I criticized the instructor for recognizing which team had found the best settings as though every catapult was exactly the same. They aren’t.
