I am looking for a template which can be shared with the executive team for completed projects. We need to track the planned vs actual benfits and any other things that may be useful.
Incase any one has a format please share with me0February 9, 2009 at 5:02 pm #180888
Jonathon AndellParticipant@Jonathon-AndellInclude @Jonathon-Andell in your post and this person will
be notified via email.I’m not sure this answers your question directly, but your organization would do well to consider implementing a valid “Cost of Quality” system. Not only would it help you track benefits at project levels, but it would enable the organization to see gains that cannot be attributed to a single project.
