Researching for a table with 3 levels for 11 factors

dear all
i am a student, i have made a model with 11 factors (2 levels) using the talbe L12(2^11) but i found low precision around the center point.
So now i am searching for a new table with 3 levels, but i didnt found a table of 3 levels; my 11 factors that distribute the interactions uniformly to all columns like the L12(2^11) do.
Any help will be thanksfull
