Home Depot has been talking about it for a while now only as an employee and not a member of management what changes can I expect to see. As I read through the different books I’m left with the impression that the employee is an important part. Almost a valued part of the equation for the success of this program.Any information on this would help.ThanksHome Depot Employee

Employee play a crucial role by filling the project teams as Subject Matter Experts. Eventually, the organization will train Black Belts and Green Belts from within the ranks of the organization.
I hope that this helps.
