Does anyone have experience working on a Risk Management Process Improvement project? Are there any lessons learned you could share?0February 25, 2008 at 3:06 pm #59277
I don’t have personal experience, but I know folks who have. Since Risk Mgmt usually inputs to decisions made by other business groups, the measurements of improvement ususally need to measure outputs of those secondary business groups.
For example, if Risk Mgmt inputs to credit scoring, improvement there needs to be measured in charge offs or other downstream outputs, rather than something directly outputted by Risk Mgmt. Hope that helps!0February 25, 2008 at 8:25 pm #59278
