I work in a call center and wanted to do a root cause analysis on the types/subtypes of calls that come into our call center. I have created a decision tree (ie Level 1 = Checking – Level 2 Balance, Inquiry, Maintenance, Statement, Error, etc).
Are there any applications that I can use in excel or any online form tools that I can use to build a input form for our call center reps to use. I would prefer to build it using smart logic (ie if a rep chooses Level 1 Checking then the next field would automatically populate only those subtype options vs the full range of types/subtypes. I was building this in Excel using Validation but the pull down box is getting way to long.
Any insights?
Thanks
