be notified via email.I’ve heard the common practice is for BBs to start out making whatever they were making in their former position. From there, it’s based on performance.

be notified via email.I would suggest looking at ASQ’s latest salary survey which would give you national averages. You would also need to check with your local state employment board to get an idea of what the average salaries in your area are and adjust the ASQ figures accordingly. This is mainly because the cost of living varies from state to state. You also should take into consideration any certifications that you have as well.
