I am looking for a black belt course (EU preferably or US)/information/examples that focus on the application of six sigma specifically in the areas sales/marketing/strategy. Specifically the application of DMAIC or DFSS to address development of group functions rather than product. Has anyone attended a BB course they would recommend? Or seen literature that has specific examples? Would appreciate any guidance.
