I’ve been out for a while, and I will still be out for another while.
However, I have just received an e-mail from someone that saw my posts here, and it brought me good memories of those times here at iSixSigma, so I thought I would come here to wish all you Merry Christmast and a Happy New Year.
As Michel Fox would say, See you in the future!0December 23, 2004 at 3:56 am #112791Wish you and everyone at isixsigma the same as well. You have not missed much on the isixsigma.

First of all wishing you a very happy christmas. Before you go slight help required. We are manufacturing sunvisors for some OEM’s in our plant. As you may be aware that the last V.A for the manufacturing of the same is the high frequency welding. From the last few months the PVC tends to open up .This is happening after few days which is the major cause of worry.Due to this reason the PPM has gone up resulting in huges losses and customer dissatisfaction .I tried to control the thickness 0.38 mm , pressure and current……..but really failed.
Can you slightly guide on this ………….
Regards
Sandeep Koul

The only thing I can say is, did you find out why does this happen in first place?0December 26, 2004 at 1:37 am #112837
