Hello ,
I am intrested in understanding, what is the process used to establish Stds/ Targets for Parameters at any level Input, Process, Output for a given process for e.g. Lets say the Output parameters are
FCR ( 1st Call Resolution)
AHT ( Avg Handle Time)
Abandon Rate
Jaspreet
