    Hello!
    Can anyone guide as to what could be an ideal sigma benchmark for measuring voice calls. As of now the current standing shows: 2.70 sigma.

    I’d be suspicious if someone gave you a benchmark number.

    Your definition of a defect won’t be the same as others and so the DPMO will be drastically impacted.
