Can someone tell me the japanese word for conductiing a site visit to understanding the customer’s process?

be notified via email.The Japanese word for this is “hudat”. At least I think it is. I went into a plant once unannounced and that was the first thing I heard….”hudat”.

sense of humor.When going to a customers there are many things to understand –
process is one, culture (cultural readiness) is another. There are
many facets to a site visit and it depends upon your experience /
