0August 21, 2003 at 2:11 am #89044Hi Marco
How suprising (NOT), that you didn’t have a reply. I consult to a large Ad agency, and I certainly believe this could be of great value to this industry sector.
Did you find anything elsewhere?

I was just alerted to your question by the previous poster. I have done some work in the advertising area. These were generally DOE-based efforts focusing on the effectiveness of print layouts, POP displays, and direct mail. The direct mail studies are too easy, like taking candy from a baby.
Not aware of too much more outside of the above examples. Good luck!0April 7, 2004 at 8:36 pm #98176Dr. Scott.
you say it is to easy, “like taking candy from a baby”, yet you are unable to name some or even one advertising/ direct marketing company implementing seix sigma.
why is that?

I certainly cannot name the companies I have worked with due to my confidentiality agreements with them.
