I am currently preparing my MBA thesis on Six Sigma. Would highly appreciate if someone can guide me how to implemet DMAIC cycle for employee satisfaction.

be notified via email.Excellent post. I am glad that rather than doing your own research and independent thinking you have chosen to post on an anonymous website asking for our expert help. Unfortunately, the subject of your thesis is not appropriate for the use of the DMAIC process. I would urge you to rethink your thesis and again, rather than doing your own research please repost with your new ideas. As an alternative, there are numerous folks on this Forum that can award you an MBA without the need for a silly thesis.
