I doubt you will be able to get these questions but a CD sold by QCI (quality council of Indiana) has 600 questions similar to the ones that appear in the ASQ exam.

Hmm…IMHO, this is an integrity issue. It is an exam afterall.

Bring some SPC book, some question need to find the constant value of D2 @ n=6 of control chart example;
Get DOE book too, more 5 questions ask about find the degree of freedom from ANOVA table.
And a calculator
