    I am a black belt for a major airliner. I am just curious what the benefits are of ISO9000 and TQM are…they sound outdated and unorganized compared to the structure of a quality six sigma initiative

    (1) It must be interesting to be a BB for a major “airliner”…I didn’t know aircraft required their own BB!
    (2)  ISO 9000, TQM, Six Sigma…all have their uses…sounds like you could use a “refresher”…or maybe just some basic training…

    They are strongly inter-related to each other
