Are there any books on Six Sigma deployment that focus on implementation in an office (white collar) setting as opposed to just a factory/production facility?
Additionally are there any case studies that focus on implementation in a finance department?

They are in the process of publishing a book on Six Sigma with respect to service organizations. You will want to write Paul Keller, he should be able to tell you more about it.
