The majority of the books that you’ve mentioned will only give top-level views of the tools.  For more in-depth knowledge of the tools I recommend some of the following:  Understanding Statistical Control, Wheeler and Chambers; Statistical Quality Control, Grant and Leavanworth; Improving Quality Through Planned Experimentation, Moen, Nolan, Provost; Statistics for Experimenters, Box, Hunter, Hunter; Design and Analysis of Experiments, Montgomery; RSM, Montgomery; Applied Logistic Regression, Hossmer, Lemeshow; Improving Your Measurement of Customer Satisfaction, Vavra; Applied Linear Statistical Models, Neter, Kutner, Nachtsheim, Wasserman.  These will help to flesh out and strengthen the underlying statistics and assist in the areas of mechanics of the tools and assist in correct application.
