    Hi There,
I need some expert opinions on the following:
    (1)  Six Sigma Certifications:  I am looking to complete my Green Belt and my Black Belt but wanted to know the best route to take.    I know the best option is to do so via a company (I.E Motorola) – since I do not have that option, what is the best way to complete the certifications.   What is the most recognized outside private company out there?  Please advise
    (2)  I have been tasked to attempt to implement 6 Sigma into my small company.   Do you have any advise of implementation strategies?  I.E  Build a Quality Group with Green Belts and Black Belts?
    (3)  Activity Based Costing Models (ABC Models):  How would one go about completing a ABC model?  It is only made up of timestudies and process maps correct?  Please advise
Thanks for the help in advance

I have a lot of good info on the subject.  ASQ has a good certification program but it is heavy in statistics.  Productivity Press has some good starter training like the 7 Quality Tools.  My email is [email protected] if you want to contact me so I can send you some material.
