I’m sending out a feeler in search of best practices for setting up a Six Sigma content management/website. I have already expended efforts in this area but feel strongly that there are BPs out there, or LLs, that may be of aid to me.
What I want is to house SS BB projects, process improvement projects (not formal DMAIC or DMADVs), and all the accoutrements (sample SIPOCs, QFDs, Project Charters, Data Collection Plans, etc.) plus meeting minutes, project plans, tools, templates, training material, metrics, job aids, and BEST PRACTICES!
Is there anyone out there who has dealt with this subject and knows how to strike a solution that involves quick/efficient searching capabilities plus a miminimized bandwidth. I am willing to share what I know as far as document (content management) taxonomy.
All replies will be greatly appreciated.
