be notified via email.Six Sigma and Lean deployment in HR can be tough. This requires heavy use of “Soft skills” to set it up and deploy it – this is a very “non process oriented” culture typically.
A quick question – is this deployment Leadership mandated and if so what is the defect or opportunity you are looking to resolve. Without strong Leadership suppport, in my oppinion, you will be wasting your time.

be notified via email.What sort of information do you require? Lean tools and techniques can have the most effective results when analysing HR transactional processes like recruitment / absence / termination etc.
We are a small company in the UK looking to adopt this methodology in the UK into all HR transactional processes and some key People KPI’s in tyhe measurement of HCM.
