As an engineering project manager you probably already have the knowledge and disciplines that six sigma teaches, so where it can help you is putting this knowledge in a systimatic approach to solving problems and evaluating engineering problems or management decisions.
As far as which belt you should obtain? I generally steer clear as only you can answer this question, based on your current job duties. Others will have a different input I’m sure.
