    Pharmacy Benefits Management. Especially the call center, what are the ways Six Sigma can be implemented? How can this be beneficial if I get Six Sigma certified, at a corporation that does not use Six Sigma?

    Having knowledge of the tools and methodologies could help you meet your goals.
     
    Being certified might help find a different job outside your company.
     
    Pushing Six Sigma at a non-SS company can be very frustrating.
