SIx sigma in construction industry!!!

I am doing Ms in Civil and keen to work in Sturctural field specifically but sometimes also inclined to management field of industry. As a matter of fact Six sigma is the need of time nowadays. So i want to be updated with this tool. Can anybody help me to know wht should I do in six sigma? Any helpful information which will give me clear picture of wht construction industry needs and wht is important to do before u launch yourself in the market.
