Hi Fendi. Clearly English is not your primary language so hopefully I am answering you correctly.
Six sigma methodologies can improve any process – be it manufacturing or service. Whether machines or people “do things” processes can be improved.

    What is a methodology?
Sounds like a pretty high falutin word to me to make something sound more improtant or more complicated than it is.

OK Nats – cute comment. Do you have another term you would prefer be used when referring to the “practices” of SS?

Certainly the use of LSS in Pharma manufacturing is easy to apply. Currently most pharma companies are also deploying LSS in the their field sales force, R&D, Finance and HR. Some are doing better than others but most of the big guys have been using LSS throughout the organization. Maybe you need to do some benchmarking within your industry since your question demonstrates a lack of knowledge as to what is and has been going on in Pharma.
