I am currently working in designing a new manufacturing process, and I would like to use the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.
I heard about DFSS, is this Product design concept transferable to a new Process design?
I wuld appreciate any inputs on this subject or share of someone learnings and take aways from previous experiences.

It does apply to new products.
