Your posting is a bit slim on details, but it sounds like you are in a “job shop” situation, where your Projects all have unique deliverables, and no 2 look alike — is that right? Are there any similarities in the outcomes from Project-to-Project, or are the outcomes always completely different?
Is the duration always 2 weeks, or does that vary? If it varies, why does it vary?
What do you customers tell you about what you deliver (or, does your company even ask)? If you ask, what are your customers telling you? Are they always completely satisfied, or not? If not, why?
Best regards,

Ofcourse one can apply 6sigma methodlogies to any industry as long as they have processes!..As far as the “project based industry” you mention, u can work on projects like improving OTD, COPQ reductions, warranty costs reductions, cycel time, lead time reductions etc etc. These are all some common themes irrespective of which industry u are from!0 -
