Anyone have experience or knowledge of Six Sigma being used by state or local governments in the US? How about project summary or savings results? Appreciate any info you might have.
I read the posts from last week, but am hoping to find more information.
    Thanks!

    Hello folks,
I heard on the news last night that it costs NYC a $1Millon dollars for snow removal for every inch the blizzard dropped on them.ย  Got to love how big cities round off the numbers and move on!ย
I wonder if the $1M includes pure labor or does it factor in the normal city employee working 3.5 hours per 8-hour shift?
    Later,
