    hello!
    I’m in Italian student and I’m doing my thesis for my university about six sigma!I have to do a question becouse I don’t know where I can have some information about it!I’d want to know what are the caratheristics that measures of six sigma must have to became important measure to control a company in the company reporting!

    As general approach, you can measure, related to your customers/businesses, CTB (critical to business) using balanced scorecard and CTQ (critical to quality) using Measure stage of DMAIC. Could be useful to know the exact theme of your thesis, to give more details.

    I think you are very expert about six sigma so I can tell you another question:
    What are some of the ways that six sigma metrics can be effectively displayed to upper management and in the organization reporting?
