    Is there a good template for a Six Sigma project “Final Reporting”, preferably in a word document, that would “flow” through the stages of SIx Sigma and encompass all the relevant tools?  I have one but it’s a bit naff !!

    You should get a subscription to isixsigma magazine (http://www.isixsigma-magazine.com/). Every issue they feature what a final project should look like with both presentation and commentary. They’re very useful. Everyone on my team loves them.
