    Any Six Sigma Consultant worth his or her salt can do that.

    Might be worth being a little more precise in terms of where, how long for, start date, etc. etc.

    Beware: I have heard many of those engagements inevitably lead to recommendations to purchase specified new equipment or operating/ticketing systems.

    You’ve never had a customer who’s first instinct is to throw money at a problem? In my experience, they’re almost disappointed that process improvements actually require some hard work to implement (as compared to spending a bad of gold coins on some whiz-bang software or an expensive new piece of equipment)?

    Just saying: take their instincts with a grain of salt, but follow the data.

    Read it” You will be the best consultant I am sure.
