    Good afternoon all,
    Does anyone have any good case
    studies or examples of C&E, FMEA etc in the insurance /
    call center environment that they would be willing to
    share?

    Sure.  What types of defects are you going after?  In  most of the call center projects that I have worked on, the output (and input) data has been contiuous – duration, etc.  This doesn’t reduce the efectiveness of an FMEA, but makes the various kinds of regression and DOE more immediately useful.  Happy to help – with a little info, I can provide case studies that may be a little more useful.

    Any case studies at all would be use. I am currently
    consulting in Six Sigma, but all of my experience so far
    has been in manufactuing. I have experience of many
    sectors, but I would really like to try and understand what
    makes a good project in the call center world. I have run
    transactional projects, and used a lot of the attribute
    analysis tools, but I would like to see some examples of
    projects, to get a feel for the service/call center sector. Thanks in advace
