    Dear Practitioners:
    My company is looking to purchase Six Sigma training material. Could someone please provide recommendation(s) based on their actual experience?

    There is generic GB and BB material, there is Lean Sigma, Lean,
    there is DFSS, there is materials more specific for each industry
    type. There are more options than you think.Is this for your own business need or for consulting/training.If this is for your business/employer you need to determine, based
    upon deployment maturity, exactly what your needs are. It’s like
    walking into a used car sales lot that is 10 acres in size – packed
    with cars – which one are you going to pick and why.Adam

    Hello Adam,
    Thanks for your reply. This is for my company use (ie not consulting) and I am actually looking for Lean Six Sigma training material (non-manufacturing) to train our BBs  and GBs. Do you have any recommendations you could share?

    OK, at the risk of more misguided wrath I’m going to say it because it may help you BN. Take a look at the offerings in eBooks on this site, you may find something useful; from a variety of vendors.

    I’m a little confused…
    If you are looking for Lean Sigma materials then you must be or
    already have a good Master Black Belt to facilitate/train them. If you
    have an MBB then they usually have their own materials – why would
    an MBB want some one elses material when they have their own or can
    create their own ?Adam
