    Hi,
Can someone help me out with this ITES training needs:
    1. How to select projects(green belt)?2. DMAIC and its applicability in the ITES industry3.  Defining SLAs with customer. The achievable metric targets that we can sign off with the customer based on previous industry data using sixsigma  techniques and tools. (With an example and how to go about it?)4. How to identify projects from key business areas/ imperatives? 5. How to bring about improvements in business processes such as transaction monitoring, staffing and scheduling through the application of Six Sigma tools and the DMAIC methodology? 6. Which are the areas where Six Sigma tools have yielded the greatest benefit to practitioners? 7. What are the pitfalls in Six Sigma implementation in ITeS and how to avoid them? 8.  Insight into Benchmarking.
    Regards,Kiruba.
